Anyone better than the other what should I look for?
Meaning: Cheap kits off ebay are usually just that.

I used a wood dash kit from Sherwood dash. I installed it in a Toyota Camry. Follow instructions to the letter. Also get an extra tube of activator. I'm going to get 1 for my 03 Expo soon

Are the kits stick on or are they actual replacement pieces? I would think that stickers might look a bit cheap. I am interested in a wood kit as well, but I think I would want actual replacement pieces not sticker. Any more info would be appreciated.

These are actually soft material. Thats about the best way I can describe it. All the car dealerships use this. Best way to check it out is to stop by a dealer such as Toyota or Lexus and check it out. The material is about 1/8" thick and adhearse to the dash
