Installing after market a/c in 98' F-250
I purchased a 1998 Ford F-250 about three years ago with no a/c in it. At that time I could have had a/c installed for $1150 through an after market installer. For some dumb reason I didn't do it and now I can't find anyone local to do it. Since the truck is over five years old they say it can't be done. I was wondering if anyone knows of someone who might still offer an after market a/c unit? I live in Suisun City, California which is about 45 miles south of Sacramento. I'm willing to drive about 100 miles from home.
Thank you in advance,
Jason

AC Installation on your truck isn't that hard.
www.bought4less.com has Ac kits for F-150 thru F-900's
call them at 417-623-0515.
If you have a Super Duty truck its real easy install.
If its like a same year F-150 its no harder than changing the heater core.

I'm curious,,, Did you find that AC kit as easy of an install as I did? The Super Duty trucks were designed to have AC installed at the dealership. With that kit from Bought4Less, Cruise Control, Auto AC Kits using mostly Ford/Motorcraft parts it all falls into place!!! At least that is what I found
