What ever happened with the colored 20's we had last year? They were a big deal for a few months, but I haven't seen them since. Was that just a Montana and rocky mtn states thing? I don't recall having seen more than a couple since about new years, and since I've been on vacation in western WA for the last couple weeks, I haven't seen any.
