I'd say odds are slim to none. But I can't confirm that from my own experience. I just know that header fitment is very application specific. That I do know from experience.
Sorry, i forgot to talk about my engine, ouppss, it a 390 that i get out from a parkline 64, anyway, i would like to know if the header fit in my car, i think the truck header and our is the same port size?
From the car headers I have seen the truck headers don't sweep back far enough to clear the cross members. The truck headers are also taller which may lead to ground clearance problems even if they did clear.
Now that you mention it, there are more differences. The exhaust ports on early (pre-'65) heads are higher (the bolts are in the same place though) than the later heads. Even if the late model truck headers slid into the chassis, the ports would leak on the tops.
