turbo voltage

does anybody know the voltage that goes to the vnt solenoid from the eec.

is there any chance that the 5v ref controls a 12v relay,or is it 5v to the solenoid.
sorry for asking twice.
also is there any place that i can find info on the eec system online.

You wouldn't be trying to manually adjust the turbo vanes like we used to unplug the bypass hose on the 2.3 turbo?

no im not trying to manually adj this.im trying to hepl a friend out with a problem and also finding info on these new engines.
if i was going to play with the boost i would buy a tuner and do it that way,its easier.

to international tech thank you very much for the info,it helps me alot.
