My 04/04 PSD X has a rumble in the drivetrain when accelerating hard (WOT). It does not do it all the time and I have been trying to find the pattern of this rumble.
Seems to do this during the first 10 - 15 minutes of driving and then stops doing it once the drivetrain reaches normal operating temperature.
Is anyone else with the 6.0/ Torqshift drivetrain experiencing this?

Any thoughts on what is going on?
Kinda curious why you go WOT when it is still cold?

Had to hit it hard pulling into traffic one day and noticed the rumble. For the first several months and couple of thousand miles I did not know it did this as I had not needed to get on it when cold.
Now that I know it does this it bugs me. I have driven other 6.0 PSD X's and they do not have this rumble when cold.
What bothers me the most is that I can not think of a reason for it to be doing this. What is changing when warm to make the rumble go away?
