Rear door, interior panel removal

I have a 2000 EB 4x4. Does anyone have any experience taking the interior rear (left) door panel off? Something has worked loose inside the door and I want to take it off before it breaks the window.
Thanks

With your bare hands, pull up the front edge of the housing that holds the power window switch. Once removed from the door panel, unclip the housing's wiring harness.

Then, carefully, using a small flat blade screwdriver, pry loose the small trim ring found at the base of the door handle. Fish the trim ring around the base of the door handle and remove it.

Unscrew the two screws found at the bottom of the panel.

Lift the panel STRAIGHT UP to free the fragile plastic hooks holding the panel to the door, then move the panel as necessary to clear the door handle.
