Whoops. I stand corrected. Note to self:read BEFORE you post specs. Was it the 350's of that body style that had a front axle option? Mono beam or straight axle, I think. Hmmmm......now I must consume.

Hey Trav, you need to measure the width of three positions on your front end. Measure the distance between the front leaf mounting points(center), the center of the leaf packs at the axle/beam and at the rear hanger center. It sounds like you may have a little problem with your lift . Never hurts to have an alignment done, but by the way you describe your twisted shackle/bushing when tightening the hard points, you may have a discrepency between the front leaf hard mounting points. Let us know how it measures.

ok, you have serious problems if your tires are tilted in and you have a straight dana 60 under there

Idio

So if I cranked my torsion bars and blocked up the rear end, that would be dangerous. What are the alternatives?
Thanks

Trek, Rear blocks are fine, it's when people put them under the front leaf springs things get dangerous.

so you put a dana 60 under there? its common for the dana 500 ttb's to sag their springs because of the way they get twisted when the susp moves
