ummm, i don't think so but don't qoute me on that! if you can it will be awfully close! Ho is running 44's with a ~7" lift but his fenders are hacked out as well! I know with a 6" lift 35's fit good, and 40's will fit with a lil rubbing but i doubt the front will fit 40's
get some fender cut outs...the nice ones...measure how wide they are at the bottom, if they are 44 then sure they fit with the correct backspaces wheel. probably a 12" wide wheel, with 3" of BS on it.
Yeah a friend of mine let my try his 40s on my truck and they fit but they rubbed when I would turn I really didn't like the rubbing to much.but i think the 44s will give me to much of a problem i just may go with the 40's.
yeah id really like the 44s on my truck but i guess ill have to trim some things?ho what did you trim to make those fit on your truck?nice truck by the way.
Ho, do you get a lot of rubbing when you turn with those 44's?
I've settled on the 42" IROC which is supposed to be available next month some time. I liked the height but what really sold me on it was the width. I can put a big tire on my truck without having to buy massive fender flares as it's only 15.5" wide. You might check into these (Fordpickmeup) on the Interco site if you're worried about a big tire rubbing.
thanks ivan ill check that out.i think your right though ho my friend has a 77 250 and there seems to be more room for bigger tires.think ill check out those 42's.hey ho those 44's dont rub on anything at all when you turn like the leafs.not olny that but i wonder how the cops here would like 44's on my truck lol.i dont see why they cant make a 44 that is 15.5.one more thing those 42s' what size rim are those for?i have 16.5s.

The IROKS come in a 16.5 as well: http://www.intercotire.com/html/irok.htm I was high on crack when I posted though, don't know where I came up with 15.5 wide. The site lists them as only 14" wide. This may work out even better for your application if you have tire **** cops there too. I'm hoping they don't look like pizza cutters but I do plan to buy them when they come out. If I don't like them my next tire will be a 44" Swamper with a big ol' flare.
no, if my tires rub the fenders, i cut more off... only problem i have is the tires rubbing the cab mounts at full lock under compression...pushing my axle foward with a set of rear springs really helped. i have a set of rear skyjackers im gonn aput up front this spring break...instead of the stock leaves(they were too soft). also i have cut more off the front part of the front fenders since that pic.
when you lift yours ivan...i would not buy a kit.....buy some rear lift springs to put up front, and shackle flip the rear and buy springs to eliminate block...then dont waste your $$ on the stock steering, do crossover. Take it from me, ive been down that road...the kits suck(and ride stiff as hell).
i wish interco would come out with like a 44x14.5 bogger, that owuld be my next tire....i am partial to skinny tires since they are so good on the hard stuff, and mud with a bottom.
hey ford.....no my tires dont rub the leaf springs....but you might have to worry about it beacause your centerpin-centerpin width is 4 inches wider than mine
Ho, what I was planning on doing is going with a shackle flip in the rear, and perhaps moving my hangers down depending on how much lift I need. For the front I was going to get a set of these springs: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2467406884 I figured that should give me enough room to clear the 42s without trimming my fenders. You guys just about had me convinced to hack into it but I can't quite bring myself to do it right now.
I guess I have to wait until I get the tires here so I really have something to visualize and check my fit. I'll piece together crossover steering when I get the truck up in the air.
