Running lights on Passenger side not working

The running lights on the passenger side of my 2001 E-350 Superduty with a Shuttle bus package are not working. I purchased the van several weeks ago and the right side was dead except for the blinker and brake light in the rear. Replaced the bulb in the front blinker and now have a blinker in the front but still no running lights on the passenger side. Now I have loss the rear blinker and brake light.
Checked the lamps and switched with driver side as they are the truck type that remove because of the bus package and still no good.
Checked with a DVM and have no voltage to ground. on any wires. Does the power for the passengers side running/parking lights start at the front blinker/running lights or does it loop to the back first.
Does anyone Have a lighting schematic to help me out. Checked the fuses but I think if its a fuse both sides would be out.

Unless Ford smartened up in 2001 ,everything goes through the multi-function switch near the steering wheel.

The running lights usually come directly from the headlight switch. And they also usually run the power down the driver's side frame rail to the rear lights, crossing over in the rear to feed the passenger side. The passenger side front lights are fed seperately, and I don't know if they crossover to the passenger side at the firewall, or behind the grille area.
