Power window Problems 2000 CC

In my 2000 CC F-250 the Power window motor for the driver side has started to act up recently. I can press the button all the way down and the window will go all the way down with no problems. How ever, I I just try to run the window down about 1/2 way, when I let go of the button, the motor keeps pulling the window down, it moves very slow, but the motor whines like it is pulling a ton.

Anyone else have this problem?

I did earlier this year on my 2000 f250 cc. They had to replace the motor and switch. I haven't had any problems since then.

Well, it looks like I am off to the dealer to take advantage of the warrantee.

I have the exact same problem! Thanks for posting. When I took it to the dealer, they said it was either the switch or the motor. But, it didn't act up for them! I am taking it in tomorrow and have them fix the problem. Thanks again!

I took mine to the dealer last week, and all my power window problem turned out to be was a little rubber piece that got in the way of the window tracking. Works perfect now. I hope this helps.
