leaf spring u-bolts and u-bolt plates

I also need to buy new leaf spring u-bolts and u-bolt plates. Is that a dealer only part? I know I can get u-bolts anywhere, but I havent been able to find the u-bolt plates.

a place that specializes in springs should be able to get the plates as well as the u bolts.
