Lights acting funny
This doesn't happen all the time, but on a random basis when I turn my headlight switch on, there's a delay of about a second or two before the dash lights come on. The headlights are up immediately, but the dash lights delaying like this make me think something is just hanging in there, waiting to break.
Anyone else had this problem???

I have had the same thing happen with my '99 Expy. I believe it is just the delay of the relay that controls the dash lights.
I notice more of a delay when the temperature is cold.
Not a solution, but maybe just an explaination.
