Question Brake Lights

I have a 1998 ford Expo and the brake lights no longer work, I have changed the fuse, the bulbs and the on/off switch on the brake pedal and still nothing, the 3rd brake light works. I recently had a remote starter put in, could this have done somthing to my brake lights. If anybody know about this, please let me know.

It sounds like you need a new multifunction (signal/wiper etc) switch. The signal from the brake pedal switch goes through there on it's way to the lights. The switch is easy to replace. There are posts in here and in the 97-03 F150 forum with instructions.
