transmission problem

I'm seeming tohave the same problem. It had a slight miss when I purchased it, and drove it back from Houston, Tx to Chicago, IL. Now it slightly misses when cold, then as it warms up, it get horriable !!!!! How much did ford charge just to scan it ???? My local shop said $65 but I would preffer ford if it's close.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I have the same problem on my 99 f350 4x4 140k It has a slight miss at around 4 to 4500 rpms up hill. Is it the hunting problem or do you guys think its the coil pack!
