You can if you are willing to use either the Speedi-Boot (Motormite) or Quick-Boot (Dorman). These replacement boots are split on one side to allow you slip them over the CV joint without removing it from the vehicle. The boot is then filled with the accompanying grease and the split seam is then glued shut.
If done properly it is an effective repair but as you can imagine it can also be fraught with problems if the seam does not seal. That said, I used one years ago and found it held up quite nicely during the several years it was on the vehicle. Better than I was expecting it to last. Because so many people screw up the installation with grease contamination, many stores no longer carry them.
If you can locate a store that carries the Quick-Boot by Dorman, the part number for the Aerostar outer boot is #614632 and retails for around $18.00.
