9L1Z-4A331-A is for a '13 Expedition / Navigator I believe that should work for yours too but you did not list a year to double check.
You will also need 2L1Z-4B478-DA which is the large outer clamp.
nevermind, found a listing on ebay and apparently they're only good back until 2009. I wonder what they changed? I called a ford dealership, they gave me the p/n TS202 for my application

what year is your expedition? No they do not come with grease.
the above parts are for a 07. Personally I would go to a NAPA or similar and get a lifetime CV. You will have about 80 bucks or more in parts for this one and no warranty plus the hour to rebuilt it (Most people's time is worth at least 80 to 100 bucks). You can buy a lifetime one for under 150 bucks, cheaper than just doing the boot.
well if you can find one let me know. the front's are cheap and plentiful, haven't found any stock/listings for the rear. I did find a used half shaft from ebay I might buy. It looks like you have to take the inner joint apart to get the outer boot off anyways. might as well just replace the whole thing.
