Thanks for posting the pictures brownfoot. It makes it a lot clearer to me. I might have some interference problems with my fuel tank, I'll need to get under there and look closer.

Nice looking truck . .what kind of rims do you have on there?

16 x 12 DMG "TANK"
BTY to install, make an x to hook under the top lip of the bed at the 4 corners,
use something strong enough to support the weight of the bed (4x4 or angle iron) and lift it off with a cherrypicker/engine hoist

The Harsh corp. Has a great kit for pickups and it is easy to instal. check out there web site www.harsh.com good luck I have one for our truck and love it.

Hey brownfoot, no problem with the link you gave. I was referring to the post from sglaine. I should have been more clear.

It looks like the kit from Pierce should work, just checking if there's anything else out there like it.
