'03 Crew paint stripe

I have an '03 Super Crew that is two tone. It has a stripe that is on the line where the two paints come together. This is I believe vinyl tape or something. Problem is this is coming off in some places, is this warrenteed (sp) for the 3/36? I have 18,000 on it. Thanks

yes it is warrantied...i have an '03 Screw also and it had one place on the molding, where some jerkoff hit it with a shopping cart or something. anyway, the paint seemed to have peeled a lot more than it should have (considering the small scratch from the hit). my dealer ended up fixing it and painting it under warrany! if your dealer says no...go find another dealer.

the tape is covered under warrenty. i hate the tape anyway and in two weeks when my truck gets a stripping job i am going to take it off and have on painted on.
