Removing pin striping

I have a white ford diesel that has a painted on pin stripe, and would like to know how I can remove the pin striping with out damaging the trucks white paint. THANKS

The only way I know of the get a painted-on stripe off is to sand it off, but that sounds dangerous in the wrong hands (mine)

i had pin striping on my truck and i took it off. are you sure its painted on? mine was a sticker actually 5.

here is what it looked like before and after.
if you got the same setup get back to me if not sorry.

obviously the back door has it removed and it is still on the front door. took quite a while to get it off the whole truck. well worth it.

i used the pressure washer to take the sticker kind off.

body shop for the painted kind.
