Front end noise?

Question Front end noise?
I have a 1990 F-150 4x4. recently did a motor swap. there is a kinda grinding noise in the front end but only when in 4x4 and turning. Any suggestions?

Oil in diff?
Damaged/warn hubs?
Anything rubbing on the front shaft from the transfer case?
Is the transfercase okay?
U-joints binding?

The front axle u-joints are the first thing I would check.
