Do you have an automatic transmission? If so, then you can use that gearbox provided that you borrow the steering column from a truck that has P/S and an automatic as well.
If you have a manual transmission, then you will either have to find a manual column WITH Ford (not Bendix) power steering OR you will have to shorten the column shaft length about 2".
