if the trannies are the same,[i.e. borgwarner, or new process.] the p t o will fit.
what do you mean by controls? do you mean the p t o shifter? or do you mean a hydraulic pump? i need a little more info.

should be a tag on the side of the tranny with everything on it. brand series and so forth. i dont think you will have enough room for the pump between the tcase and the mounting point. do you know which side of the tranny the p t o is mounted on now?
are you going to have a problem with the front drive shaft or the exhaust? so many variables to contend with.
