I ordered mine mid feb and recd last week.Captain chairs were in it.

Yes there is an availability issue w/ the center console if you order Captians chairs in FX4 or Lariat. A salesman told me this when I was looking for the best tradein value for my old truck and I thought it may be BS, but I confirmed it with a Ford employee (friend) who sells the vehicles wholesale to 1 of the 5 delaership zones in Michigan.

I ordered my truck w/ captains chairs on March 4th and had it March 22.

My "friend" may have had something to do with that though.

I love my leather heated captains chairs. Most comfortable seat I've been in. It'll be worth the wait.

I ordered the XLT with captain chairs and dvd player......I've been waiting since 27 Dec 03, but it's suppose to be built next week.

I think that the thing that held up my truck was the heated seat option with the captains chairs. I just received word monday from my dealer that the truck has been built. Ordered it on Jan. 15th. Its been a long wait. Should be driving it by the time the weather gets warm. So much for heated seats.
