This happens to you, even after the STL Post dedicates a section to the police effort to curtail car theft. They claim it's getting better. Give me a break. I wouldn't trust parking a Yugo in any shady area of STL. One of my buddies owns a wharehouse downtown and he let a friend park an early 80s olds in the parking lot. (fenced in with barbed wire) The next day the fence was busted down and the beater was gone.
Yeah, I just don;t trust downtown STL but i'll be parking it there next week.
The insurance company is paying the bill to "replace vandalized interior" so the body/ upholetery shop is charging me (them) to put it back the way it was before.
It should be ready sometime next week. And i can't wait. It's been too long. But it's awesome the insurance is covering it without whining about it.
