I am just wandering what is involved with the install of this module is it something that can be remove and undectectable to the service department once removed in the case of service. also is it a shift on the fly type of deal.If anyone has more input on another chip that is selectable on the fly i would love to hear from you also. Thank you for your time.
Easy to install/uninstall. Less than 20 minutes and would be shorter if you didn't have to remove the driver's side battery cover which requires removing the battery cables. Your t/c will still be stuck in the exhaust manifold so you will have to make up a **** and bull story to tell the service dept that you are working on installing a pyro guage.
It is shift on the fly.
Without in cab attitude monitor you use a toggle switch you can route into the cab that allows 50+, 75+, 100+ HP settings. Without a pyro I wouldn't suggest using anything other than the 50+ HP setting due to excessive EGTs being possible.
Adding the 'attitude' in cab monitor you get 40+, 60+, 80+, 100+, 115+ HP settings as well as stock. Also allows you to set max EGT and module will defuel if EGT gets above your setpoint (all the way back to stock if necessary) automatically.
I added one today to my 2004 F250 4x4 and could tell the difference immediately. All of the shifting seem to be smoother and the diesel seemed to run better. Taking it on a long test drive Saturday. So far so good. Seems to be a good choice in my book.

That's good to hear! Hope you post back your experience...
well from what my service rep told me my whole exhaust is already voided from my cat back so what is the difference if i have to put a bung in for a pyro if it is already voided. So you don't have to splice into anywires of anysort just more like plug up and go. Also when you get the kit with the attitude moniter do you have to buy the thermo couple or does it come with one and what about boost pressure and the rest of the readings how does it get theese is it through each component or is it through the computer.
BTW thank you for your input so far
The attitude comes with everything you need including the connector for hooking up to the boost sensor as well as the thermocouple and NPT compression fitting. You will need a tap to tap the hole you drill in the manifold so you can screw the compression fitting into it. That is a 1/8" NPT and associated drill bit.
I just installed the Edge Juice with Attitude Monitor, the hardest part is installing the thermo couple in your exhaust, the rest just plugs in, as in performance it increased my fuel mileage by almost 3 mpg and run like I do recomened the Attitude Monitor OR SOME TYPE OF GAUGES TO WATCH WHAT'S GOING ON UNDER YOUR HOOD.
The edge book says that you should disconect the box if you plan on taking the truck in for service due to the box may giove the ford scan tool some trouble.I have had mine on the truck for about 6000 miles or so and have had no problems with it.
