F350+Deere=Clearing
It got old breaking my mowers on junk-tree (alder) roots, rocks, and tripping over the bumps & dips when walking at night. Last 3 days has been 'Dozing, Hauling & Burning.
Hard to beat a Ford/Dozer/Kerosene combo, now i can walk it, not fall it. Or maybe that was the Early Times.
Anybody else getting toasty tending a flaming log pile? That time of the year . . .

Yeh, I put it off till got tired of looking at it- bucking trees in summer is too HOT for me, gotta' get it done now while it's cool. Summer is boating and BBQing season 
Now the wind has picked up, lost all the hair on arms and face, sheesh. Gotta' go tend it so the burn doesn't go farther than i want even though the woods are wet.
