I got mine at Pep Boys. I seen them at Autozone as well. I just pulled by steering wheel a couple of weeks ago and from advice here I ran down a got one at Pep Boys.
I don't know what auto parts stores are in your area, but anyone should have them. I paid about $25.00 for mine.
Don't know what your area is like, but here in the great white north, you can borrow them for free from our local major auto parts store (CTC) or rent them at our local rental place or buy them at any chain auto parts store.....
I bought mine at Harbor Freight Tools for $8. It is basically just a round metal disk with a threaded hole in the middle and two elongated holes on the side. It came with a collection of different sized bolts to fit various models and brands of steering wheels. Good lick, John
I just pulled the wheel of my f600 and built my own. 3/4 x1/4 angle iron, cut to no longer than 3 inches, drill 3/8 holes to line up with threaded holes in wheel. A couple of 5/16 bolts and a socket to act as a spacer on the wheel nut and ta da, the wheel came right off. Toal cost $0.00 All scrap kicking around the shop.
