Ford-Extreme- I personally would go with 35-14.50-16.5 Super Swamper SSR's. With a 16.5X12 wheel. Then use washers to space out your bumper just alittle. The 14.50 wide tires make an aggressive look and ride great. just remmember to keep the tire pressure at 30-32psi and rotate them every oil change to get good miles out of them. I got around 10,000mi out of mine then sold them to a friend who has put another 15,000mi on the tires. Putting the bumper out abit just helps if you offroad or hit a bump turning at a high speed. Good luck.
Well since that 5.5" fabtech is really 5" most of the guys that run that lift stay with 35X12.5's or 315/75 depending on the tire and rim size.
The Pro Comp 7" is a true 6.5" on a gasser and would be more than enough to clear 36 X 14.5 swampers. I went with the MT/R's because I got a really good deal (172 a tire) and wanted a little better mannered street tire than a swamper. They are still a awsome off road tire that will pull a loaded 4 place snowmobile trailer through 1 1/2 feet of snow all day long !!!!
Bfg MT or AT, GY MT/R's, and swamper tsl radials are all good aggressive tires with good street manners. Price wise you are looking at any where from 1400 to ???? depending on your rim and tire combo.....I paid about 1450 for 4 315/75 MT/R's on eagle 589's mounted with liftime balancing. Good luck and don't pull all your hair out trying to decide what to go with...
P.S. Don't forget about your gears with those big tires. You don't want a dog when all is said and done.....
