Help! Flashers and Brake lights won't work.

Help! Flashers and Brake lights won't work.
I am having problems with a ford f350. Emergency flashers and brake lights won't work. Checked all fuses and still nothing. What could be wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

Do the front "emergency" lights work? If so, you may have a wiring issue (check the ground wire first) in the rear or, although unlikely, both rear "brake" lights may have burned out. I've actually had that happen to me once before. Talk about pulling your hair out! 
If the front lights don't work either, then we'll need someone with the electrical schematics to help diagnose the problem.
