I have a 2000 350 Super duty and I had the same problem. Go to your dealer and get warrenty. My problem is fixed. In 2000 they had a diffrent front spring than in 1999. In the 2001 models they corrected the problem with the springs from 1999.

I don't know about those 99 springs. I had a early 99 F350 (May 98 build) that had horrible front spring squeeking. 2 years later I traded up for a 2000 F350 dually and it squeeks also. I recently had the dealer put in the new front spring isolators, but it still squeeks though not as bad. They also tightened the sway bar. I haven't been back because I don't have the time.

I had the leaf spring bushings replaced on that TSB and it worked like a champ for me. Replaced them on friend's 99 since he was out of warranty and the dealer was going to charge him for it and cleared his squeak right up.
A lot of these replies sound like 4x4. I have the same squeaking coming from my 99 Expy EB 4x2 and my 99 F250SD 4x2. The TSBs only cover the front springs. Anyone else having the problem on the 4x2's? Is it the ball joints? if so where is a good place to get them aftermarket. Or is the new stock from fordpartsonline.com not going to thave the same problem
