Hi,
its me again. I want to start off by thanking the two people who answered my question so quick. That was very nice of ya'll. I have another question. My cylinoid (i think that is what it is called anywase). I get the names mixed up sometimes. I am fairly new at the electrical side of repairs. but its the piece that is connected to the negative battery cable it is mounted on my firewall. It also has gone out three times in the past 6 months. could it be heat doing that also?
I hope you are mistaken. The solenoid had better be connected to the positive terminal of your battery. Buy an OE solenoid the cheap ones are just that, cheap.
you are right it is connected to the positve battery cable i was mistaken. as i said i am new at the elctrical part of my engine. so if you don't mind could you please let me know what an OE solenoid is please?
