Ever rented a limo?

Does anyone have any idea how much a limo costs per hour? We are looking for at least a 14 passenger limo, possibly SUV type like an excursion. I am looking on line and all the sites want all of your info. I just want an hourly quote.

Its so hard to tell between town to town and business to business. If your talking SUV Limo, even greater discrepencies in price bases. If your not comfortable handing over all your info, as you well shouldnt, give the Limo places a call over the phone. They'll give you answers to all your questions as long as your in charge of the call, and not falling into their kungfo salesman grips from which there may be no escape.

if u are going to split it up between 14 ppl then i wouldnt worry about the cost. I think they are around 100 dollars an hour. Heck even if u are splitting it up between 7 (guys pay not the girls) then thats still cheap. Id say go for it and dont worry about the price when u are going to be splitting it anyway. They arent that expensive. One of my buddies rented a 1958 stretched rolls royce limo and it was only 150 an hour.

I have a friend that owns 2 lincoln 10 passenger limos and I think his list rate is about $125.00 / hour. In addition, you tip the driver. You might consider renting one of those airport limo buses for that many people. Here in Kansas City, I rented one a while back for a bachelors party. I don't remember the exact cost, but it was cheaper than the limo and you can carry more people if you want. I think it was rented from our local transit authority (bus service)??? If interested, you might call around, start with some cab companies, livery services, bus service, etc. This was one of those "shuttle bus" type of vehicles.

I dont know the cost, but I did get to ride in one for a bachelor party.

I would just give them a call for the prices.

Here is some advice for ya when ya get the limo:

Bring yer own booze. (Ours had the wetbar, but we had to supply our own.)

Do not, I repeat, Do not toss yer cookies in the limo. The auto detailing bill will be almost as much as the rental costs. (We didn't make a mess in his limo, luckily.)

Bring a disposable camera. When yer buddies are passed out in the back seat you can set them up in funny poses and catch the memories on film to last a lifetime.

At my junior prom one of the guys drove his date in his dad's coal truck. That actually wasn't that unusual in coal mining towns.

My brother has a ten foot stretch lincoln. His costs $100/hr. People usually tip pretty big too. As mentioned earlier, definitely don't hurl in it. He charged some drunk $200 to clean that up. Also check on smoking/non smoking, if that might be an issue. Lastly there is a weight limit on them. Your not going to get 14 people in your typical lincoln. NO WAY.
