Brake problems
I have a 1989. For the past year I have been dealing with the brakes pulling to the Left. I have replaced the calipers 3 times. It has a new master cylinder, ball joints and new tie rods. I have flushed 4 qts of fluid through the lines(I have also replaced the break lines). It goes through pads about every 8 months. The left side pads are totally gone and the right side is a little more than half gone. I have no Idea what else could be wrong any help would be wonderfull....
The Bronco does have a 3" Rancho lift with 33" tires. I didn't have a problem with it pulling until I replaced the brakes.

when you replaced the calipers did you replace the slide pins? did you make sure the grooves that the slide pins ride in are clean and free of rust? did you lubricate the slide pins with brake lube?
it does sound like a caliper is not releaseing completely and if the calipers are new and the master cylender is new the only thing that could be causing you hanging caliper is the slide pins.
i have never heard of an alinement causing brake wear but it would cause plenty of tire wear.

Just checking. When you bleed the brakes you have to hold the bleeder rod to the out postion on the differential valve (proportioning valve ). There is a tool for that. If you did that, may be the differential valve is your problem.

Check your rear drums for a axle oil seal leak. Sometimes those things leak just enough gear oil preventing the shoes from working so it will pull to the side the leak is on because the front brake is the only one working on that side.
Also, my 90 has a "block" but is the RABS system valve while in older rigs it was a metering or proportioning valve.

Yea...thats the valve I was talking about. I thought all vehicles had em...Not all that visible...I had an old T-bird that had it located under the car. Didnt know about em til that car. But just a thought. RLH has an idea there. May not be the brakes directly but something different causing the brakes to act like they do.
