ok...I need to know Perfromance not looks or or weights but perfromance what the best Stocker 4brl,alum performer,Alum PRM I am pretty sure it the rpm then the stocker then the performer............make me a list what will breath at higher RPMS and flow and what ever else you can think of it either i wate 6-8 moths to grab a RPM maybe longer or grab me a Perfomer and wait on a carb or should I go grab a 4brl Stocker and get a decent edel carb......
oh and I am gona do a RPM either way in about 8-12 months just need to know realy on Perfromer and stocker truck is daily driver....Grab me a Stock 4brl or stick with the little 2 for a year???
Man, you get the prize for the worlds longest sentence, but I'm not sure what you are saying. If you can break this down into a few distinct questions I'll try to give you some answers. (Heavily slanted toward my way of thinking, of course)
yea....Sorry about that when I get talkin about car's I caint stop....Question is stick with the 2 brl for a year, give or take, or get a 80lbs 4brl stocker.......and if you suggest just geting the 4 brl what kinda performance should I get from it compared to the perfromer....sorry scouder...lol...at least I won something....
i have no problems with stock manifold. I would get that and the the performer rpm is just what it says or if you want performance victor jr is the way. Anyway the rpm has a higher rpm range than the regular performer so if high rpm is your goal use the rpm next year.

I like that, you got class!
The 4bbl stocker is going to be similar to the Performer(non-RPM) in performance but obviously one ruptured disk and a double hernia heavier. Either one will will give you a significant power increase all the way across the RPM band from the 2bbl.
The Performer RPM is going to be another step up in the midrange and high range, but MAYBE a little softer down low. I say maybe because of all the other factors that come into play.
If it were me, I would keep the 2bbl until I was ready to get a good 4bbl carb and the Performer RPM.
The best stock intake that won't cost more than the performer I know of is the one with the "S" cast into it with a big letter and it can usually be bought for around $50 but you will spend over $300 for some of fords original performace intakes such as the 428CJ or some of the 427 intakes and they might not offer as much performance as the edelbrock RPM intake but as Scouder said the 2bbl should be enough for right now as the FE didn't have any problems getting air into it but instead air out of it which means you can get better performace out of exhaust upgrades rather than intakes plus when you do buy the RPM intake you will have a great exhaust to match.
Oh yeah dude, only one period! LOL!!

The weiand and is said to be a horrible performer in all applications comapred to the RPM intake. The streetmaster is also a small runner single plane intake that can be modified to flow well but not in stock form. Edelbrock actually has instuctions for porting it.
