Illuminating power window switches
A couple weeks ago, I bought a 1991 F150 XLT.
It has power window and door lock switches that are mounted low and forward on the door panel.
They are not nearly as convenient as being on the arm rest, especially at night when I can't see them.
I haven't had the door panel off yet, are these switches supposed to be backlit with a bulb from the inside of the door?
I could turn the dome light on with the headlight switch, but then that doesn't work and needs to be fixed soon too. Maybe I'll get used to reaching forward and fumbling in the dark for the them, but I thought maybe somebody would have an idea on what to use for illumination and how to mount it so it comes on when the headlights are on.
