The transfer case isn't doing anything, no lights & it doesn't engage. I checked the fuses U suggested. # 6 on my truck is not used & #15 is for the interior lights.Under the hood, there isn't a # 104.I'm heading to the dealer tomorrow. They said if it is the same problem they will repair. If I end up having to pay, I will be fighting with Ford. This is ridiculous. This truck cost big$$$$$, as U well know.
I'll let U know.

<on edit> I was lookin at the Excursion, duh.

All I found on the pick-up side of the house was fuse #17. Transfer case Shift Relay. It's a 30A Maxi. In the Battery Junction Box.

Well, at least they are willing to stand by their work. Let's hope that, if it comes down to it, Ford stands by their product too. Keep us informed.
