87 F150 302, No heat when driving

87 F150 302, No heat when driving. I have back flushed the heater core and as long as the truck is setting I get lots of heat. As soon as I drive the heater blows cold air but my temp. gauge is in the middle.

Needs a thermostat, its stuck open, so when sitting no airs going through the radiator but as soon as you start moving, its stone cold again.
