My avatar?

I changed my avatar for kicks, and it was working yesterday, and now I cant see it in my posts, it just shows explorers standard icon for an image that didnt load...can you guys see it? IM just trying to determine if its a server issue or my computer....been having so many issues I mbeginning to wish I just left it alone
