Moss Bros. Ford in Fontana/Colton. Diesel Tech is named "Reuben". He is fantastic. Very approachable. Fixed an '02 7.3 squeak that two other dealerships "tried" to fix. I know he's a ways from LA/OC, but might be worth the drive.

Did your work order copy, which was returned to you, indicating what was done on the truck, have the notation that the truck was test driven ?? And if not, why? Just a thought/question. Does this suggest that when one goes in to pick up their trucks, they have to ask if the truck was test driven, and to so note on the work order.
As you know the dealership put on 189 miles to "test drive" the truck when it was done.
