A fellow SUPER DUTY owner asked me to share his airbox mod with you all. Some have seen this simple to do mod. It looks to be effective and dirt cheap (by comparison). He did a nice clean job too.
Drop him an e-mail if you like it! He, by the way, is presently serving our country in the US army as a test pilot for them flyin' buses!! Chinooks. For those who aren't familiar, they are the ones with two rotors.
I have been waiting for this site to get up and running to see what they got. I took their logo and cropped it and made it negative with the cheap picture editing software that came with my computer. I, too, think it came out pretty cool!

Ryan has supposedly been going to get the site up "soon" for quite a while now. In fact, it hasn't worked since they moved to their new shop several months ago. Guess we'll all just have to plan a road-trip out there to see what all he has in stock.
Never mind. I suppose you just get the K&N filter that fits into the factory air box. If I am incorrect (happens once in awhile, ok alot) please let me know. Thanks, great site!
Well you said to let you know if you were incorrect but I'm letting you know that you are CORRECT! Get an aftermarket (K&N, AFE, etc.) filter that is made for your truck.
