yeah because i'd like to be able to get a tonneau and the price is pretty good. I was thining of a material that might work out well, but not sure if one could fine something long enough. Do you know How far out the rivets need to go? in order for it to fit?
i'm gonna track that auction..i knwo it's over in a day or so.
It's got little self tapping screws that hold the snaps on the bed, or in my case hopefully the rails. You'd have to drill an 1/8" hole or so.
I thought about making one from scratch, but I think getting this was a good start. It gave me a tonneau and bows, which would be the two hardest things to make yourself. Plus all the snaps I'll need to mount on the rails.
