What paint over Zero Rust?

What paint over Zero Rust?
I'm a beginning painter not thrilled about working with isocyanates in paints since I will be working outside or in the basement. Zero Rust seems like a good priming solution but I need a top coat - something that will be compatible with Zero Rust but reasonable durable as it will be parked outside. I'd also like to go with the original Meadow Green color. Suggestions?

If you want to get creative then have ZR white tinted to your green. Any supplier that can deal with Alkyd Enamel paints should be able to do it.
Otherwise ZR can be topcoated with just about any of the common paints, single or 2 stage. Just be absodamnlutely sure it is completely cured if the top coat contains acetone.
