Hard starting 7.3
Just bought a 1996 stroke. Runs like a champ but when it is warm it has a hard time firing. It has two new batteries, but I suspect it might need a new starter too. It just doesn't seem to crank as fast as it should. Also it gives off a little blue puff out the tailpipe right when it starts then settles down. Is this normal?
