Hi fellas,
After extensive search, I've determined my ac selector switch is leaking vacuum. (Motorcraft Part # is F4TH-19D961-AA) made by INDAK. It's sunday, where do I begin to look for a replacement.
Would local autoparts (Oreilly, Autozone, etc.) have this? Will FORD want to sell me the whole instrument cluster. I went to "online" OEM parts suppliers and this number wasn't recognized. Thanks for any advice.
Eric
You can always try the parts store, I'm not sure if they would have it. If FMC is showing it as a single part I would think you would be able to get it. Which model are we talking about? I might be able to look it up on the DVD.
I bought just the vacuum selector valve once for a 78 Cougar. You don't have to buy the **** on the dash just the parts that are behind it. The cost was under $20. I would check with the local Ford dealer first.
