Do you get emails for a certain colored pill?

My service internet provider offers a filter, cost free, that only lets in mail from accounts I designate as OK to receive mail from. I just add the addresses to their web site and nothing gets through except what I want to see, Freinds and families mail. All spam goes to a trash can that I can access through the IP website, If I for some reason, decide I want to.
