i raced a 68 ford f150 swb that i built a couple years ago i ran in the purestock class the first season i raced i finished second and third many times and by the end of the season i won two features wich is pretty good considering i had no experiance at all, the hardest part was dealing with all the people that you race against it seems like the tech guy was checking something on my truck every night they checked everything, but it was all legal one night a guy even tried to protest my helmet it was legal also. i think the chevy guys just didnt like the fact i was beating them with a ford truck. it was the only ford and the only truck at the track.
