If it is a 4x4 you could run 10" wide wheels and 33" x 12.50 tires no problem.
35" x 12.50s fit but will rub on your inner fenders at lock, could do some damage if you wheel it.
I have a pic in my gallery with 35" on my stock 250, but I also had the X springs , so mine sat more level than most.

I'm looking at trying one of the following on my 2WD CrewCab Short Bed:
Toyo® Proxes S/T high performance 305/60R18 120V on 18x9's
Nitto Tires NT-404 "Extreme Force" 315/60R18 120V on 18x10's
The 305 should work with no issues based on my measurements, the 315's will likly rub a little.
