I am unable to find the clutch start switch in my truck = i know it their because i have to press the clutch to start= it not hooked to the clutch pedel so where is it= can't find it under truck either= anyone have any idea. i have the ford shop manual and can't find it in that either.

 

The picture didn't make it through but it looks like it's up where the master cylinder push rod is, you should see a wiring harness and connector where the pushrod is. This should be it.

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) Switch
Removal

Disconnect the wiring harness from clutch pedal position switch (CPP) (11A152).

Pull down on orientation clip to separate from switch tab.

Rotate clutch pedal position switch one-half turn to expose plastic retainer.

Push switch tabs together and slide retainer rearward and separate from clutch pedal position switch.

Remove clutch pedal position switch from clutch master cylinder (7A543) push rod.

Installation

Reverse the removal procedure.

thanks for the reply, my wife found it in the book, it weard it lookes like it is on the brake pedel oposite the clutch?? i will look tommorrow = on both brake and clutch= I appreciate the info.
