Question Can you change an existing order?

I was just wondering if anyone knows if you can change an existing order if you have ordered a new 2004 F150 Supercrew!
I was told that if there was no build date yet you could make changes to it!
It there any truth to that, if so can you make any changes you want?

Thanks

Exclamation

I'm thinking you really need to ask your DEALER these questions ... and quickly if you already have the truck on order.

Just do it quickly, especially assuming you've already placed the order. When I ordered my SD back in 2000 I forgot to add the 6 disc radio option and realized this ~1 week after the order, but was still able to get it changed. Hope this helps.

Yes, you can change it until it locks in the system, thats when it get a VIN#. Some dealers tell you otherwise because they don't want to mess with it.

When did you order ? Is it already locked, dealer not wanting to mess with it ?

If it's not locked, then you should be able to change it.

Get the order number and dealer number and call ford if they won't change it.
